Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m- 2:00 pm on Friday.

Please call us 919-240-7269 to make an appointment or request an appointment on the patient portal. Please let us know the reason for your visit so that we can schedule an appropriate time slot for your appointment.

We reserve acute appointment slots daily for urgent problems that require same-day evaluation. Please call the office at 8:00 a.m. to schedule a same-day appointment.

Please bring your insurance card and ID card to all appointments. Please download and complete new patient forms and annual visit forms prior to your appointment, or arrive at least 15 minutes early in order to complete these forms.

We believe that your time is valuable. We strive to stay on schedule and see each patient at the time of their appointment. Please arrive early for your appointment so that you can help us remain on schedule and keep wait-times for all of our patients to a minimum.

If you are unable to come to your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so that another patient can make use of that appointment time.

PATIENT PORTAL

Please bring your insurance card to all appointments, and contact your insurance company prior to your visit to determine required deductibles and copayments.

Our practice is in network with the following insurance companies:
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (Including BCBS Blue Value Plans)
  • Aetna
  • Coventry
  • Cigna
  • Duke Select and Duke Basic

* We are NOT in network with BCBS Blue Local plans, a healthcare.gov exchange plan with a limited network. If you choose to seek care out of network, you will be charged the BCBS contracted rate for office visits and we can assist in filing to your insurance for reimbursement.

We are NOT in network with United Healthcare, Medicare, Medicaid, Aetna Signature, or Cigna Connect for office visits.

If you have an insurance plan that is not accepted at our practice, you will be required to pay in full at the time of the visit. For all out-of-network plans except Medicare, you may file for reimbursement from your insurance plan for out-of-network payments. We are non-participating providers with Medicare, which means that Medicare patients may not file for reimbursement for office visits. However, Medicare, United Healthcare, Blue Local and other out of network insurance plans can be billed by our in-house Quest Lab for lab testing.

Our office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Thursday and 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Friday. When you have urgent health care needs that arise outside of these hours, please follow these recommendations:

  • Life-threatening emergency situation: Call 911 or visit your closest hospital emergency room
  • Acute medical condition or Injury: Visit an Urgent Care Center. We recommend the following local urgent care facilities:

  • Rapid development or worsening of symptoms that cause you significant discomfort or concern: Please call our office at 919-240-7269. You will be asked to leave a message for the doctor on call and one of our providers will return your call within 30 minutes.
  • We maintain a number of same-day appointment slots and encourage you to contact the office at 8:00 AM on our next business day for complete evaluation.
