Paige Wolny, Office Manager

Paige Wolny is our Office Manager at Mosaic. Paige comes to our team with an extensive background in Healthcare Administration and Management ranging from Urgent Care, Workers Comp, Physical Therapy and Primary care services. With her experience she has grown a true passion for helping people, and loves Mosaic’s values and the non-judgmental and diverse environment.  Paige spent the previous 8 years living in Miami where her healthcare career began. She currently resides in North Raleigh with her two dogs. Paige has a love for adventure and is an adrenaline seeker with a passion for Skydiving. In her spare time she enjoys baking, taking adventures with her dogs, bird watching and dancing. 

Medical Assistant Team

Our Medical Assistants are an integral part of our care team.  In their role as Care Coordinator, they maintain the electronic medical record, working with local hospitals and specialists to share and document important medical information about your health status and medical treatments. They also work directly with patients to provide health education and help identify steps you can take to meet your health goals.

Karen Pineda, Medical Assistant

Karen Pineda is a Certified Medical Assistant. She also serves as Mosaic’s Care Coordinator for Eating Disorders Care. Karen is from Graham, NC where she lives with her husband and baby daughter. Karen has an Associates Degree in Applied Science in Medical Assisting from ECPI University where she was apart of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and is fluent in both English and Spanish. Karen is from Graham, NC where she lives with her husband and baby daughter. Her family is from El Salvador, and she was raised in Chapel Hill. Karen loves the outdoors, the beach, and her church.

Faryal Wasti, Medical Assistant

Faryal Wasti is part of our Medical Assistant team. She is also a Certified Exercise Physiologist with a diverse background in healthcare. She previously worked in cardiac rehab and currently health coaches at a local free-clinic. Her family is from Lahore, Pakistan and she grew up in Morrisville, NC. Faryal is a graduate from UNC Charlotte and Meredith College’s Pre-Health Post-Baccalaureate Program.  She is currently applying to medical schools and hopes to work in primary care, specifically with marginalized communities. In her free time, Faryal enjoys reading, watching TV, going out to eat, and spending time with her family.

Centhla Washington, Medical Assistant

CeeCee Washington is a Certified Medical Assistants, and also serves at Mosaic’s Hospital Care Coordinator. CeeCee is a native of Chicago, Illinois but was raised in the Twin Cities of Minnesota. She holds an Associates of Science Degree from High-Tech Institute located in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. She has been passionately serving patients from all walks of life for 13+ years. She has studies pre-nursing at Durham Technical Community College, and is scheduled to begin nursing school soon. In her spare time, she spends time with her daughter, is a liturgical dancer, is devoted to serving in various roles in her local church, and loves to travel.

Taylor McCracken, Office Administrative Assistant

Taylor is an Office Administrative Assistant at Mosaic. She enjoys using her people pleasing personality to make patients’ days brighter. As a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the illustrious North Carolina Central University, she holds a Bachelors of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Administration. Taylor was born in Tennessee, but holds Central New York near and dear as that is where the majority of her family resides. She has been working in customer service for over 10 years and thoroughly enjoys meeting new people everyday. When she is not at work she enjoys watching movies, camping, reading in her hammock, or chilling with her pals. Taylor currently resides in Durham, NC with her two dogs Taco and Churro.

Claire Kunz, Office Administrative Assistant

Claire is an Office Administrative Assistant at Mosaic. Claire is from the San Francisco Bay Area in California. She currently lives in Durham, North Carolina with her husband and her cat, Sybil. She graduated with a B.S. in Public Health and loves quilting, swimming, and art. In her spare time, Claire can be found hiking or watching sitcoms with her husband. She’s been in administration for 5 years and is passionate about paperwork.

Dominic Winston, Office Administrative Assistant

Dominic Winston is an Office Administrative Assistant at Mosaic. Dominic was a military kid and spent most of his childhood at Camp Lejeune here in NC, as well as some time in Pennsylvania. He attended North Carolina Central University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in History. Dominic has a passion for helping people which, along with the perk that one of his best friends also works at Mosaic, drew him to want to be a part of our team at Mosaic. Dominic’s personal interests include animation, cartoons, and anime.
